Returns & refunds

14-day returns with free return shipping

All customers can request a return without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery of the last item in their order. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the request deadline extends to the next working day. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. Our standard designs and size options remain covered even though products are printed after you order.

Request a return or cancel an order: sign in with the email used at checkout, open your order, and choose the return or cancellation option. You can request cancellation until your items are fulfilled. Your statutory withdrawal rights also apply before delivery and after shipment.

You can also email rossetjul@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, identifying the order and item(s). You do not need to wait for approval to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. We will provide the correct return address and free return shipping instructions; contact us before posting your return.

Send the item(s) back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. We may deduct only a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund the returned item(s) to your original payment method. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; any extra charge for a premium delivery option is not refundable. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. There is no restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos, if available, help us resolve it. We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law, free of charge, including return postage where a return is needed. Contact us for instructions before sending it back.

These rights are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind period. Your legal guarantees and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including EU and UK rights.
